Taking photos is fun, writing code, not so much.
Over the winter months things tend to slow down as it is the Cycling offseason for the entire Northern Hemisphere. Even nice toasty places like Southern California go on somewhat of a hiatus, with only small local races being run. To keep myself busy, I go back to writing code and designing web sites.
I am pretty busy at the moment with 4 clients on tap, and another 2 waiting in the wings. So although it keeps me occupied, it's getting pretty annoying staring at a computer screen all day wounds up on coffee instead of hiking up foreign mountains (wound up on coffee).
One of my latest jobs is a portal/news website for the French Canadian cycling community. Check it out at http://www.dhracer.com/forum .
So I guess the moral of the story is, shooting photos is rad, writing code, not so much.
