The season has begun

Fresh off a trip to northern California for the Sea Otter Classic, it has become apparent that the season is now officially in full swing. I'm buried trying to get out form under a pile of editing trying to get photos off to clients, and my nose really hurts.

The rain and cold that are infamous at the Otter decided to take a vacation this year. Well, the rain did anyways. Instead, we had vicious winds that sent temperatures plummeting and blew up massive dust clouds. It even tipped over one of those gigantic bouncy inflatable slide castles things for the kids.

Despite conditions, I managed to get some fantastic shots which has me in a good mood for the first World Cup in 10 days in Maribor, Slovenia. The Elinchrom Rangers I picked up paid off in spades, as the power and quality of light they put out is exceptional. They are definitely making me look good!

The only downsize is the Marzocchi pit party ran out of beer. That's no bueno.
