Another season is underway!

The rain has been falling hard here in Vancouver and they are trying to hold the winter Olympics. The city is mostly shutdown, traffic is a nightmare and the airport is actually a festive fun place this morning. People are enjoying themselves despite the inclement weather and madness that the Olympics bring. And yet, I'm leaving.

The 2010 race season has officially begun for me with the traditional trip to South America to help manage media and riders at the Valparaiso Cerro Abajo, the urban downhill race in Chile. This year the event is UCI Cat 1, so there is plenty of international interest, it's going to be a good one!

I'm happy to announce that Real earth Products will be helping out this season with energy bars and sunscreen, and Camelbak will be hooking up the hydration packs and elixir. Thanks guys! Hydrate or die.
